How to turn a notification on or off
Last updated: August 15, 2026
You choose which notifications reach your customers and through which channel. This article shows you how to adjust that from your dashboard.
Steps
Go to Settings → Notifications in your dashboard.
Remain on the Settings tab.
Locate the notification you want to adjust. They're organized into four blocks: Payments, Subscriptions, Other and Members.
Check the box in the channel column to activate it, or uncheck it to pause that channel.
Select Save at the bottom of the screen.
Your changes take effect once you save.
Reading the table
Each row is one notification and each column is a channel: Email, SMS and WhatsApp.
The channels displayed for a notification are the ones available for it.
A checked box indicates that the channel is active and your customers are receiving it.
An unchecked box indicates that the channel is ready whenever you decide to activate it.
All three channels are included for every merchant, with no separate activation or contract.
What happens when you pause one
Your customers stop receiving that specific message through that channel once you save. Any other channel you have active for the same notification continues operating.
The subscription and its charges proceed exactly as scheduled — pausing a notification only changes what your customer receives from you, and you can reactivate it at any time.
