How to activate your account as a Monotributista (Argentina)

Last updated: October 1, 2026

If you're registering as an individual (Monotributista) in Argentina, the activation form adapts to your tax status. Instead of company documents, we ask for your personal tax registration and your own identity documents.

For the full list of documents for every country and type of business, see What documents do I need to activate my account?

Required documents

You upload all of these directly in the activation form, inside your Rebill account.

Tax registration

Upload your ARCA registration certificate (Constancia de inscripción en ARCA, CUIT). As a Monotributista, this replaces the incorporation documents we ask from companies.

Tax status

Upload your Constancia de Monotributo, current and valid. It shows your registration under the Monotributo regime with ARCA.

Identity and address

  • Your valid DNI, front and back.

  • Identity verification with a selfie, completed within the activation form. You complete it yourself.

  • Proof of address in your name: a utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet or phone), a bank statement or a credit card statement, issued within the last 3 months.

Bank account

Upload proof of the bank account in your name where you'll receive your funds, such as a bank letter or account certificate.

Website requirements (mandatory)

For our compliance team to approve your account, your website needs to meet these requirements:

Active and functional

The website must be live and operational. Test pages or "under construction" sites can't be approved.

Legal pages published

Your website needs to show these sections, identifying you as the owner with your name and CUIT:

  • Terms and Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • Contact page or contact details

These pages must be clearly linked (typically in the footer) and contain complete, up-to-date information.

What happens after submission

The compliance team reviews your documentation and website. This process takes up to 48 business hours (2 business days).

You'll receive an email notification when:

  • Your account is approved and ready to operate

  • Additional documentation or corrections are needed

Common reasons for rejection

Missing legal pages: the website doesn't show Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or contact details.

Inactive website: the URL isn't functional or shows a "coming soon" page.

Invalid or expired documents: the Constancia de Monotributo isn't current, the CUIT documentation is incomplete, or the proof of address is older than 3 months.

Mismatch in information: the name or CUIT on your documents doesn't match the information in your account registration.
