PEP form not loading or blank page

Last updated: February 17, 2026

If you're trying to complete the PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) form and the page stays blank or doesn't load the form, it's likely due to a cookie conflict with your active Rebill session.

What is the PEP form: The PEP form is a compliance requirement that all beneficial owners of a company must complete to operate with Rebill. This form declares whether legal representatives or beneficial owners are Politically Exposed Persons.

Why the form doesn't load

If you have an active Rebill session (you're logged in) when you try to open the PEP form link, your session cookies can cause a conflict that prevents the form from loading correctly.

Symptom: The page stays completely blank and the form doesn't appear.

How to fix the problem

You have two options to complete the form without conflicts:

Option 1: Log out of Rebill

  1. Log out of your Rebill account

  2. Open the PEP form link again

  3. Complete the form while logged out

Option 2: Use an incognito window

  1. Open an incognito/private window in your browser

    • Chrome/Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)

    • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+P (Mac)

    • Safari: Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)

  2. Paste the PEP form link in the incognito window

  3. Complete the form

After completing the form

Once you complete and submit the PEP form, our Compliance team will review the information as part of your account activation process.

If the form still doesn't load after trying these solutions, contact support@rebill.com with the form link you're trying to complete and a screenshot of the error (if applicable).
