Settlement times for cross-border payments
Last updated: February 20, 2026
When you process payments in a country different from where your business is legally registered, funds become available in your Rebill balance based on the payment method used.
Settlement times by payment method
All payment methods:15 days from the payment date
Exception - Card payments in Brazil only: 30 days from the payment date
When settlement times start counting
Settlement times start counting from the date the customer completes the payment, not from when you request a withdrawal.
Example:
Customer in Mexico pays on February 1
Funds become available in your balance on February 16 (15 days later)
You can withdraw those funds any time after February 16
How to withdraw funds
Once funds are available in your balance:
Go to Balance in your dashboard
Select USD from the currency dropdown
Check your Available to withdraw amount
Click Withdraw balance
Confirm the withdrawal
Funds are transferred to your configured bank account
Bank processing time depends on your bank, but typically funds arrive the next business day.
Withdrawal fees
Cross-border withdrawal fees vary based on the withdrawal amount. For current fee information, see the FAQ section on our pricing page: https://www.rebill.com/en/pricing
