How to withdraw funds to your bank account

You can withdraw funds that have completed their settlement period directly from the Balance section of your dashboard.

How to withdraw

  1. Go to Balance in your dashboard

  2. Check your Available to withdraw amount

  3. Click Withdraw balance

  4. Review the destination bank account details

  5. Click Confirm to complete the withdrawal

The withdrawal modal shows the bank account you registered during your account activation process. This is where all withdrawn funds will be sent.


Withdrawal requirements

Only funds that have completed their settlement period are available for withdrawal.

The settlement period varies by payment method and country:

Funds still "In process of crediting" are not yet available for withdrawal.


Domestic withdrawals (Argentina)

For merchants registered in Argentina processing domestic payments (collecting in ARS from Argentine customers):

Processing time: Instant — Withdrawal is processed immediately

Bank transfer time: Typically, instant.

Withdrawal fee: None

Minimum amount: No minimum — You can withdraw any available balance

Frequency limits: None — You can make unlimited withdrawals


Cross-border withdrawals (USD)

For merchants processing cross-border payments (collecting in USD from customers in different countries):

Processing time: Up to 48 hours — Withdrawal processes within 48 hours, depending on the receiving bank

Bank transfer time: Typically next business day after processing

Withdrawal fees:

  • Withdrawals under USD 5,000: USD 10 fee

  • Withdrawals of USD 5,000 or more: No fee

Frequency limits for withdrawals under USD 5,000: You can only make one withdrawal under USD 5,000 every 30 days. After making a withdrawal under USD 5,000, you must wait 30 days before making another withdrawal under that amount.

No limits for withdrawals of USD 5,000 or more: You can withdraw USD 5,000+ as many times as needed without waiting periods.

Example:

  • Jan 1: Withdraw USD 3,000 (USD 10 fee)

  • Jan 15: Try to withdraw USD 2,000 Not allowed (must wait until Feb 1)

  • Jan 20: Withdraw USD 6,000 (no fee) Allowed

  • Feb 1: Withdraw USD 4,500 (USD 10 fee) Allowed


Where funds are sent

Withdrawn funds are automatically sent to the bank account you registered during your account activation process.

To verify your registered bank account: The withdrawal modal shows your registered bank name, account type, and account number before you confirm.

To update your bank account:

For domestic withdrawals (Argentina):

  1. Go to Settings in your dashboard

  2. Select Withdrawal Settings

  3. Click Edit on your Argentina (ARS) account

  4. Update your bank details

Important: The new bank account must also be registered under the same CUIT as your legal representative.

For cross-border withdrawals or other countries: Contact support@rebill.com with your new bank details and we'll update your account. The account must be under the name of the legal entity operating through Rebill.


What "Available to withdraw" means

This is the amount you can withdraw right now. It includes only payments that have completed their settlement period.

Funds shown in "In process of crediting" are not yet available for withdrawal because they're still within their settlement period.
