How to activate your account as a Monotributista (Argentina)

If you're registering as an individual (Monotributista) in Argentina, the account activation form adapts to your legal structure. Here's how to complete the documentation requirements.
Required documents
Business Registration
Upload your Constancia de Inscripción de CUIT (AFIP).
This replaces the standard business incorporation documents required for legal entities.
Tax Status
Upload your Constancia de Monotributo (current and valid).
This proves your tax registration status with AFIP.
Identity and Address
Your identity and address are validated automatically through:
Your DNI (National Identity Document)
The Beneficial Owner (BO) report generated during the registration process
No additional documentation is needed for identity verification.
Website requirements (mandatory)
For the compliance team to approve your account, your website must meet these requirements:
Active and functional
The website must be live and operational. Test pages or "under construction" sites cannot be approved.
Legal pages published
Your website must have the following sections visible and accessible:
Terms and Conditions
Privacy Policy
These legal pages must be clearly linked (typically in the footer) and contain complete, up-to-date information.
What happens after submission
The compliance team reviews your documentation and website. This process takes up to 48 business hours.
You'll receive an email notification when:
Your account is approved and ready to operate
Additional documentation or corrections are needed
Common reasons for rejection
Missing legal pages: Website doesn't have visible Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.
Inactive website: The provided URL is not functional or shows a "coming soon" page.
Invalid or expired documents: Constancia de Monotributo is not current, or CUIT documentation is incomplete.
Mismatch in information: Name or CUIT on documents doesn't match the account registration information.
