As a merchant you will have full management rights over your subscriptions, this includes being able to change their status whenever you want.
Change the status of your subscriptions following the next steps:
Go to 'Subscriptions' section, in the panel located on the left side of your Dashboard.
Look for the subscription your want to edit by using the email of the customer and the search bar. Bear in mind that you will need to use the search bar located under the title 'Recurrent subscriptions' if it is a recurrent subscription or under the 'Cyclic subscriptions' if a cyclic one.
Click on 'Detail'.
Click on 'Edit'
Choose the status you want this subscription to have.
Keep in mind that you will not be able to edit a subscription while is on 'Retrying' status.
